DEFECTS IN USA FULBRIGHT PROGRAM.

Opinions of graduating students about US fulbright programm.

The Usa pays a great attention to youth and to students. It is notable that the government of USA supports the students independently from their nationality, religion, sexual orientation and physical conditions. It can be made out in US government scholarships and grants designed for international students. I can list so many names of grant programms which its supports have created the most possibilities and opportunities for young people.      But now I'm taking nonstandard position to describe this possibilities. Namely I would like to describe some defects and problems in the system of the students supporting programm "Fulbright". The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides grants for individually designed study/research projects or for English Teaching Assistant Programs. A candidate will submit a Statement of Grant Purpose defining activities to take place during one academic year in a participating country outside the U.S (it was a short description of programm). It seems very simple when you read it. I was so happy when I had read about Fulbright programm untill I have known that the applicants must submit their bachelors diploma without any excepts. I'm graduating my bachelors degree this year but my diploma will be available only in june 2016. And I can not change this act. At the same time I'm so interested with participating in fulbright programm which is going to steal one year of my time. It was the words of the wonderful lady who works in   U S Embassy in Tashkent and who is responsible such as programms: (short version of conversation from the call centre of US embassy in Tashkent)L: -Hallo it is U S Embassy, How can I Help you?Me: - Hi. I'm sorry, I would like to be informed about Fulbright students programm. Deadline of program is on 20 may and I will gain my diploma only in june. Can I submit my diploma little later? Because Universities of Uzbekistan award the degree diplomas each on june or at the end of the may. There is except for me?L:- I'm sorry it is not inmy proxy. If there're no other questions, thank you for calling, Good bay.Me:- thank you...... After this conversation I've only one question: what is importance of the Fulbright Student Supporting progam if it doesn't take the students conditions into the consederation? This issue creats some discomforts not only for me but, practically for all Uzbek students who would to take part in Fulbright program. I'm so regret that I have to move my life dreams to the next year. Only god knows what will pass at the next year. I just pleasure to this program and its organizers who lead me to write this article.It is my first individual info visual article in english.

Some words from my heart about people concernment….

Local, national or international concern takes a great part in human life that affects to our future.

Some people don’t make interest to changes around us that can lead our society to the big catastrophe. Public concern is the most important to pass of our today and to build of our future. Now there are so many big problems in the world that destroying our world, our planet, our nature and the humanity. I can list these problems onto thousands paper pages that we will never be able to stop it if we’ll not start take a real action.

Climate change, international terrorism, AIDS and a lot of others are the problems which United Nations organization takes a great attention. But I’ve only one question. Aren’t we the general cause of beginning of these issues? Aren’t our necessities the general cause of origin of these threats? In my point of view the people has stopped take enough concern to things going-on around us. May be it is the general occasion of the nascency of these issues? Nowadays most people live in virtual life that makes us neglectful. In my opinion We should reduce connect to the internet and start to live more realer.
